• WELCOME TO BLACK MOUNTAIN HOME – Begun by Rev. Robert Perry Smith in 1904 as Mountain Orphanage, the Home began its ministry taking in children whose parents had died or disappeared. Today, we serve youth from birth through college graduation and beyond through family foster care, residential care, transitional living, and independent living.

Bear Cub Classic Golf 2021

On Friday, April 16, we’ll have a shotgun start at 10 a.m. at the Black Mountain Golf Course. Prizes and silent auction items will be awarded and refreshments served at the Nineteenth Hole following play.

Individuals are $100 and foursomes are $400. Hole sponsorships are $1,000.

The event includes a silent auction that will conclude at our 19th Hole Event following play on the 16th.
